Some of the links on this site may lead to Adobe Acrobat PDF files or Microsoft Word documents. If you have a newer version of Internet Explorer and copies of Adobe Acrobat Reader and/or Microsoft Word installed on your computer, it will allow you to open the PDF or Word documents right in your browser window.

For example, you can edit and fill in the Application Form in Microsoft Word format from within your browser window. Then just choose "Save as..." from your File Menu to save your completed form on the hard drive of your personal computer. You can also print the completed form directly from your browser window by choosing "Print..." from your File Menu.

If you are not able to open the PDF or Word documents in your browser window, you can also right-click on the links and choose to download the documents to your hard drive. (In Internet Explorer, you would choose "Save Target As" from the right-click pop-up menu.)

To exit from a PDF or Word document in your browser window, just use your web browser's "BACK" button. It will return you to the CHLA-SOF website.
